The Ninja integration allows MSPs to include all NinjaRMM notifications in CloudBlue PSA's Tickets view, allowing customers to be immediately notified about issues in their hardware or software.
The integration covers client account mapping, on-demand loading of assets discovered by Ninja (into a staging list in CloudBlue PSA to provide control over asset acceptance under contract) and bi-directional automatic ticket open/close based on Ninja alert messages, mapped to assets, contracts and SLA’s. Repeated alert messages are added to the ticket comment string, they do not create a ticket storm.
Integrating NinjaRMM with CloudBlue PSA allows you to manage the Ninja alerts within CloudBlue PSA's service ticket interface providing an integrated experience for your staff. The staged mapping of asset imports from Ninja enables you to decide whether the asset is covered by support and/or under which contract. This ensures you only provide service for those client assets you have agreed to manage under the agreed commercials and with the right SLA. Ninja’s upload also populates the mapped asset attributes saving double entry and providing your technicians with immediate access to asset data from within the ticket context.
