LONDON— January 22, 2018—HarmonyPSA, the industry’s most comprehensive cloud PSA software, announced that it now offers its customers a fully integrated e-payments solution within Harmony, provided by BlueSnap’s e-commerce API. This seamless customer payments integration marks a significant step in Harmony’s mission to deliver full end-to-end automation of invoicing and cash processing, simplifying the invoicing/payments component so companies can focus more closely on serving their customers.

We are pleased to announce full API integration with Ninja RMM. Our integration covers client account mapping, automatic asset discovery (into a staging list in Harmony to provide control over asset acceptance under contract) and automatic ticket open/close based on Ninja alert messages.

With effect from 1^st July, HarmonyPSA will be developed, supported and marketed by Harmony Business Systems Ltd, a new operating company hived off from Datalogic Solutions Ltd.

HarmonyPSA was developed within Datalogic’s technology and consulting business as a bootstrapped (self-funded) programme. This meant financing the significant development effort and early adopter phase over the past 5 years using consulting and services revenue from Datalogic’s other work.
