HarmonyPSA Simplifies Payments with BlueSnap Integration

LONDON— January 22, 2018—HarmonyPSA, the industry’s most comprehensive cloud PSA software, announced that it now offers its customers a fully integrated e-payments solution within Harmony, provided by BlueSnap’s e-commerce API. This seamless customer payments integration marks a significant step in Harmony’s mission to deliver full end-to-end automation of invoicing and cash processing, simplifying the invoicing/payments component so companies can focus more closely on serving their customers.

This integration with BlueSnap—part of a series of integrations Harmony will roll out in 2018—further automates its software by adding a no-touch, on-demand e-payments solution available now to all Harmony customers. Harmony selected online payments technology provider BlueSnap and its All-in-one Payment Platform, for its flexible API that Harmony can enable for customers at their request. Once turned on, invoices will be paid by customers on demand, saving hours of cash processing and credit control efforts, and paving the way for smoother professional relationships with customers.

Further invoice automation is in the pipeline for release early this year, which combined with this new e-payments component, will make full end-to-end automation a reality for the first time in small business software.”

While many tools may offer credit card payments support, Harmony has built this component into the invoicing cycle seamlessly.  All activity takes place within Harmony, including automatic allocation of cash to outstanding invoice amounts. Invoices of any type can be paid via the BlueSnap platform, in any of the more than 200 currencies it supports. Customers will be required to set up a BlueSnap account, but instead of monthly charges, they will incur only low-cost transaction fees—and only for their customers with which they use this on-demand payment method.
