Upstart PSA Software Provider Marks End of 2018 with Impressive Growth Trajectory; in on Track to Double Revenues in 2019 Fiscal Year

LONDON—February 12, 2019—HarmonyPSA, the industry’s most comprehensive cloud PSA software, today reported its results for 2018, in which it exceeded its growth projections for revenues, customer reach, product advancement, and profitability. The company grew faster in 2018 than any 12-month period in its 7-year history.

“2018 was the culmination of the hard work put into Harmony PSA during its formative years, and it’s exciting that we’re being known as singular class of PSA provider that is truly innovating in this space,” said Steve Duckworth, CEO of Harmony Business Systems. “By focusing on a theme of ‘collaboration,’ we think we’ll attract even more customers that are leaving larger providers for the functionality, customization and personal attention Harmony offers.”

Harmony grew its annual recurring revenue by 50% over the past six months, and is slated to double during its fiscal year (July 2018-June 2019). The company doubled the number of countries in which it signed customers, adding countries including Spain and France. The software underwent five significant revisions, which featured a number of first-ever types of functionality for PSA software. Harmony will soon be available in four languages, with French currently being added to its language pack.

Through concerted marketing efforts, Harmony’s website’s metrics increased on every level, including a 520% increase in unique visitors, a pages-per-session increase of 84% and a 1,295% increase in total page views. By more effectively finding the right potential customers, the company was able to increase its customer base by 70%.

Harmony and was nominated for numerous industry awards in 2018, and named to CRN’s 2018 Emerging Vendors List, for the Cloud category.

Looking to 2019, Harmony has committed to a theme of collaboration between its partners and their customers. The company listened to its customers’ requests, and developed a number of functionalities that have never before been available in the PSA market. In 2019, Harmony PSA will enable sharing ticket workflows and allowing customers to run their own tickets on partners’ behalf. In addition, collaboration will include sharing project work with both customers and sub-contractors with whom MSAs have alliances.

Said Timothy Jahn, Partner Development/Service Management, of Acmeo GmbH, one of Harmony’s premiere partners:  “We repeatedly hear from our customers that the PSA software they are currently using doesn’t meet their needs on a number of levels, which makes it harder for them to do their job effectively. It’s always a pleasure for us to present Harmony as the most innovative and nearly end-to-end software available anywhere that will enable them to focus on their own customers.”
